Return & Exchanges ⁠

At Mystic Healing, we curate every product with care and intention, and we want your experience to reflect that. As a boutique with exclusive and delicate pieces, we’ve designed a return and exchange policy that prioritizes customer satisfaction while honoring the uniqueness of each item.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery, with proof of purchase.

  • All items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only; we do not issue refunds.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable, you may select a different item of equal or greater value by covering the difference.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Opened aromatic products (e.g., resins, candles, palo santo, incense).

  • Jewelry or personal wearables, such as engraved, customized, or worn pieces.

  • Crystals or minerals that have been removed from their original packaging, handled extensively, or show signs of wear.

Damaged or defective items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to initiate an exchange or store credit.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrived damaged or defective.

Processing Time:

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

  • Store credits are issued via email and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

How to start a return:

  • Email our team at info@mystichealing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label (only for damaged or defective products).

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Mystic Healing is not responsible for lost packages.

  • Items exchanged once cannot be returned again.
